Got up at 6:30. Had 1 egg and 1 small piece of toast for breakfast. Had 1/3 of a Clif Bar about 9:30

Just really wasn't focused on form during the swim. Wasn't wanting to push it due to back strain earlier in the week. I did flip the turns at far end, but touched edge and went under lane ropes with no turn at start end.
