I felt pretty good, but I might have been able to push a little harder on the last mile.

Warm down:

Stood around talking to friends, and eventually I stretched a little.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I haven't been running as much lately, since I've been building back slowly after the pf and itbs problems.

Event comments:

This is a good race with good volunteers, especially for a 5k. There were volunteers at every turn. It has a great atmosphere, with lots of people in costumes. It's lots of fun.
