Comments: Tough to get going. Alot of people walking on the bridge (wish I would have), but just gets tough to keep pace dodging people. Run went well. Felt like I needed more energy in the last 1.5 to 2 miles. What would you do differently?: Try taking the gel a little later or just into the run. Post race
Warm down: Walked about 2 miles, ate a brat, went to Tommy Condons for a couple of beers. What limited your ability to perform faster: Still working on overall conditioning. Event comments: Great time. Fun to run with 40K other people. Last updated: 2007-11-01 12:00 AM
