Comments: Overall on of my strongest races yet. My nutrition was jus dialed in, only felt a little tired at 10 miles but has a bit of lunabar and some gatorade and was fine ater that What would you do differently?: Nothing -I achieved my goals or the day. Finish w/o re-injuring my foot at a somewhat respectable time. I managed to just come below last years time when I was at peak training so I think I'm on course for a great tri season as I haven't even started hard tri training yet. Post race
Warm down: Walked to get water and an apple, wrappd up in foil, changed and headed to the subway. Woke up crack of stupid had coffee, toast anf showered and dressed. Knew it would be cold
Decided to get off a subway stop early so I could walk a bit to warm up, this helped to get the juices flowing
