What would you do differently?: I would have better training so I didn't feel like I had nothing left toward the end. Post race
Warm down: Just walked to warm down, couldn't really run too well afterward. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training before the race. Event comments: Good race, I have no complaints about it except the chip timing system never works as it should. They should start the timing once you pass the starting line, not when the gun goes off. Last updated: 2008-03-24 12:00 AM

Drank Gu drink, about 8 oz. Ate one Gu 15 minutes before start. 5 minute jog warm-up and 10 minute stretch.
