Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4am had breakfast and got my gear together.

Comments:

It was a slow go up the hills, but for some reason I ride faster than most going down hill. This an A backwards approach, but it seemed to keep me with the group most of the time. I rode with a pretty fast group for the first 45 miles. Then I had to go my own pace through the hills. Got some cramping up Usery at about mile 60. A banana took care of that though. I cranked it out the last 10 miles to get under the 3:45 mark.
What would you do differently?:

Ride more...train for hills

Warm down:

Had some bananas, bagels, cookies...the usual fare provided. Picked up my medal and went home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training
Just don't have the time to do much training right now. Between 3 kids and both my wife and I working it's hard to find the time.
