Anyone seen this movie and want to give it a review?

Yeah, there are a couple of other threads out there from the last two times it was in theatres. Lots of people gave their feedback. They're both on Tri-Talk, down in the archives.

I wanted to see it, but didn't realize it was coming back for a second showing until it was too late and by the time I tried to get tickets it was all sold out.

I'm guessing it is a lot like "What It Takes" for the tri movie that was a few years ago (I got that for X-Mas).

I saw it back in February during the second round. I really enjoyed it and found it very inspiring. It was a really nice mix of the perspective of elite athletes vs. the every day athlete, IMO.

Thanks for the feedback.  Search function does not seem to work for me (could be my p.c. at work - not sure).

Was ok. In addition to the elites and the BOP'ers, wish they would of covered some MOP types. Definitely worth seeing, but not one I'd buy and watch many more times.

Saw it and thought it was very well done. Produced like more like a movie than some of the other documentarys (what it takes, 5000 meters)

Well worth the time and money IMO

JeepFleeb - 2008-04-07 4:09 PM I think it came out better than What It Takes.  Definitely worth seeing, but probably not buying.

You think the What it Takes people were bummed when Lori Bowden ended up pregnant? Kinda cut 1/4 of the documentary out.

Thanks for the reviews.  I did try the Search function before creating this thread but the search function page doesn't seem to be working.

I'm waiting for it to be released on DVD. I missed both showings in our area. Heard it was great.
