My initial thoughts are these two things: #1 - Your saddle may be tilted down in the front, try to level it out. his shoulf prevent forward slippage. #2 - You are spinning a gear that isnt putting enough pressure on your legs. Triathlon bikes/TT cikes are designed with the thought you will be putting out more continuous power at a higher level and are typically more comfortble when you are puttng out more power. When you do this , your legs are providing some of the support to your body, and holding you up. |
