Okay. I love to dream, the crazier the better, right? Last night I had my first Tri dream. Completely unsolicited. This wasn't a half awake thought that I turned into a dream, it was a for real dream. I've yet to do my first Tri, and it snowed all day yesterday, so it is not like it is around the corner or anything. But this dream was great! I kicked butt! Granted, I only remember 2 other competitors, but one was someone from high school who has been competing for years, and the other was an old boyfriend. Regardless, I remember passing everyone on the bike and then I could actually feel my legs being heavy and having a hard time getting them going for the run. But I did it and kept them at bay and actually made more time on them until I crossed the finish first! It was a great dream! I must be on the right track with goals of competing in a Tri this year. I'm pumped today!

Big smile on my face today, or was that because of the next dream....

That's an awesome dream. The only tri dreams I have had are about not finding my runners when I get out of the lake etc etc.

I've decided my abnormal sleeping patterns do not allow for dreams... I will just have to live vicariiously through yours...please let us know how the race goes...that way I can have a feeling of accomplishment!

Sweet Dreams...

When it gets close to my tri's I tend to dream bad stuff. It is always I am rushing to get to the transition area to get set up and just minutes before the race I realized that I have forgot my bike. On one of these nightmares I had a little time to run home and as I was running to my car to go get my bike I saw someone that I know who would never compete a tri probably and is totally disorganized pushing her bike to transition and was all prepared. Now if we are talking daydreams I have many of them where I do extremely awesome even though I am a MOPer. I tend to have these daydreams when I am in the zone swimming, tends to pass the time. AL.
