Pre-race routine:

Set up my transition area. This was my first triathlon so I really had no idea what to do. So I just looked around and did what everyone else did.

I was impressed with my bike. Not a big biker, but did well in my eyes. I passed alot of people on the bike which was good, probably because my swim was so slow.
What would you do differently?:

Train smarter on the bike, and ride longer distances.

This run started off on the rods and found its way to some trails with a lot of rolling hills.
What would you do differently?:

Way more brick workouts, this was a horrible run for me.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Smarter training, more brick workouts, more open water swims and perhaps looking into more tri specific goods.
