I am in the process of getting a new triathlon bike and the Planet X Tri Stealth at 1299.- for frame, fork and seatpost seems to be hard to beat.

On the velomix.com site they only seem to have black ones though. Aren't there white ones and pink ones? Any other color?

Thanks

Dave

Is there a difference between the Stealth and the Stealth Pro Carbon? I've come across both names on different sites and can't tell if that's a different model or just a different way of writing about the same bike. If they are indeed one in the same, it would be hard to beat that price for a full carbon frame, I might have to take a closer look at that bike

Dave,We have pink, blue, white, and black. The site you are currently looking at is a temp site until we get our "real" site up and running (hopefully by monday). We can even go one step further and get the bikes custom painted if you are set on a certain color. Give me a call at the office and we can talk more about what you are looking for. We just wanted to give you guys an idea of what we have for the time [email protected]

the Stealth and the Stealth Pro Carbon are two different bikes (depending on what site you are looking at) the Stealth is usually the Aluminum verision of the Stealth Pro Carbon, of course the Stealth Pro Carbon is full Carbon, frame fork and seat post. and the Stealth does not have the same tube shaping as the Stealth Pro Carbon. The Aluminum verision is your basic oval tubes, where the stealth pro carbon has a aero down tube, top tube, wicked seat stays etc.

I'd love to see that since I'm considering a Planet X. Would you mind posting your pix to this thread?

Hey!

I have a beautiful, nearly new,  Planet X Pro Carbon Stealth (Small) that has very low miles that I must part with.  Tried making the switch to a 700 tri bike, but its too big for me, I need a XS 650 so alas it sits in my garage collecting dust.  It's flawless, great ride, very nice bike.  It needs a new home.

Let me know if you have any interest.

 Best,

K

Thanks,
