Check my logs or my blog at www.garrettmcalister.com as I am putting together a weekly summary of how the training is coming. So far I will say the consistency is pretty intense with 3 (and soon to be 4) bricks a week. Ive been having to swim the shorter sessions during the day to live a normal life. Im trying to figure out how to get cycling or running done during the day, but am just not a morning person, and dont belong to a gym so I cant really hit the treadmill and freshen up and come back to work.
