Comments: Very windy and cold! The hills took me by surprise, especially downhill. I felt like I had very little control. What would you do differently?: Bring my own water bottle! Post race
Warm down: Walking and stretching alot at the field. What limited your ability to perform faster: I had two goals, run the entire course, and have my mile time below or near 10 minutes. I met both! Last updated: 2008-03-25 12:00 AM

Dang! Just tried to stay warm! Ate a banana, bowl of cereal, and a powerbar first thing in the morning. Drank lots of water, then drove to Madison. Walked from the Kohl Center to Capital Square ( walked around it a couple times, and did some stretching.)
Stretched, and stretched some more....
