Nope - but as of this week, I am determined to have a minimum of 400 minutes a week of training (which will include strength training). New roommate moving in, gotta clean up this weekend and get everythign situated and then I will have my life back in order.

Veteran 187 Northern Virginia | Subject: RE: VAMDDCBTTC2 Lubber Run and Four Mile run are both about a mile from my work. The hills are nice as it is pretty flat around my home. I have volunteered for a couple events where people are just dying on the hills because they never trained on them. Most important there are trails and trees around here. |

Though, if I am able to sneak out early enough, I might be able to do it tonight and then just move my trainer ride to tomorrow. Only thing is, I need to be home around 7ish, for the new roommate to come by and be let in (she will get the key today). Arg. |
