I usually have a banana every morning before or right after my swim. I'll eat them from green to somewhat brown, then my wife makes banana bread...delicious.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned chocolate covered bananas. You heat the chocolate...cut the banana in half...put a popcicle stick in it...dip it in the chocolate and then freeze it. Great way to have a little treat. Absolutely the best way to have the wonderful fruit.

Banada Bread...I had forgotten about that! We should share banana bread recipes on here...does anyone have a good low fat recipe?
