My LG Carbon inserts are flat as a board and I am starting to get toe numness from the vibrations though the pedals. Can anyone recommend a good insert replacement?

I was recommend the specialized inserts, they have 3 models based on your arch. I haven't try them yet but I ordered a pair last week...

Here's what I'm thinking:

I've heard good things but I can't seem to find the recommended soles locally.  I might have to order online.  On my last ride I shimmed the arch with cardboard and it really helped.

x2 on the Superfeet.  David Greenfield from Elite set me up with a pair when we did another fitting a weeks ago.  I can't say that they make any difference related to vibration/numbness, as I did not experience that prior to using them.  I do like them much more than the stock inserts from my shoes (Sidi T1).

I use the Specialized BG Footbed inserts a love them. They go in my road and mountain shoes. They come with shims for fine tuning and are available in different arch sizes.

I just bought some and I'm curious to see how they feel and work on my 85 mile ride tomorrow. I have had hot spot on my right foot middle toe when it is hot and longer rides.
