Felt pretty good...clearly this is faster than I've ever run, so I was dragging on the last 1/2 mile or so
What would you do differently?:

I can't imagine what I am capable of, if I lost 7 pounds and had a bit more time to train. I do think laying low to fully recover from my injury was vital!
