Subject: The Grandman Triathlon
Fun sprint triathlon in Fairhope, AL. Swim is in Mobile Bay, pretty shallow most years, bike is a very hilly 16 plus and the run a challenging 5k.

I have done this one since it started and it gets better every year.

Good pary after as well.

I've been on BT everyday logging my training, reading all of the great articles and getting fired up about this sport!

Its a fun race. Hope to see you there. If you get your number post it tonite and I will look for you. I ride a black p3sl and will be in blue tri shorts with blue and tri top. Probably have 2 beers in my hands after the race.

Just got back from the pre-race dinner and the first timers meeting.  I rode the bike course (in the car)  Pretty hilly!!

#52 gray/silver QR.  Looking forward to meeting some BT folks!!

The Grandman was fun!  It was my first sprint.

A crab bit me coming out of the swim, I didn't crash, and the pizza and beer afterwards was great.  I'm ready to do it again.

Congrats to all of you. It was a gorgeous day and a great race. I had a blast volunteering and hopefully will maintain my spot at the top of the hill next year!

New member here to BT and just thought I'd say that I'm looking forward to meeting some of you at this race.

I am officially registered (for this and my first tri) and am on my way to being ready! We'll know more as it gets closer!
