Comments:

Overal a good run. Ran 8.5 miles last night, so I just wanted to see if I could go out and hold a pace, which I did. Was not totally "Racing", but still broke 23 which I was not expecting at all. Had fun, ran for Courtney, not me.

What would you do differently?:

If I was trying to PR, probably not run 8.5 miles 12 hours before the race.

Event comments:

Good race. Grew 2x over last year and they were admitedly not prepared. Promised to be ready for that many runners next year. this was a 100% charity run. may join the race committee next year to help them out.
