There's quite a few options now for an "integrated" base bar/aero bar combination and I'm looking at a couple of them, but generally along the lines of the Zipp Vuka bars. I know that they offer different lengths for the bars, but I wonder if there are different sizes for how far the aero-bars are from each other? That's obviously not a problem with clip-ons, but with the integrated setup does this become a concern? I have looked at the Zipp web site and it looks like they only offer one size and you can adjust from there, including the arm pads. I'm a Clydesdale rider (46" chest), so I wouldn't want something too close together - would adjusting the arm pads offer enough width play to be comfortable on them?

The Zipp Vuka Aero Bar has an incredible amount of adjustability. I'm 6'6" and have fairly broad shoulders and have no problems getting a comfortable and aero position with them.
