Felt like this was a great ride for me, headed out pretty fast averaging over 20 for the first 15 miles or so and ended up with an average around 19.5 at 25 miles. The guy I was riding with started having cramping issues around mile 45 so we slowed the pace down a bit. Ended up with an average of 17.9 mph with out the stops, we stopped at the rest stop just past the dam, and then again at the last rest stop at 52 miles, and various red light stops. If you factor in the stops we averaged around 16.3 mph.

The course was mostly nice roads, a few rough spots but not alot.
