Comments:

THis was a great event. Very well supported. I really wanted to make sure i focused on apcing and nutrition today. I did not want to burn out. SO i alternated water and g-ade and gels and shot blocks, kept a good pace, didnt mash ti up the hills, adn i feel great.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe ride faster next year after i have more experience. Other than that, i feel very good about my performance today.
Post race
Warm down:

Put bike on the car, walked to get my bag and lunch and drove home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the wind
