I'm meeting some friends to ride the (new) Liberty Oly course on Thursday after work.  It's a no drop ride and we're meeting at 6-6:15 in the parking lot by Lake Independence.  Let me know if you want to join us and I can provide further meeting description, etc. 

I suspect we will see an overall 15 mph pace, since none of us are particular good yet at hills and still are learning the course.   This means some 20+ mph stretches, and some 6 mph hills.  Just being honest

Question for you. Is a Hennepin parks sticker required to get into the Lake Indepence park? $30 for the year, or something like that, eh?

No requirements or payment required to enter the park.  I think boats have to pay, but they just wave cars through.
