Swim
  • 14m 5s
  • 820 yards
  • 01m 43s / 100 yards
Comments:

A really good swim, especially sighting and navigation. Kept in the clear water for 95% of the time. Maybe a bit conservative through the middle, but came in hard.
Transition 1
  • 01m 33s
Comments:

good smooth transition. Downhill to start the bike, so saved a little time by coasting away. Took a few tries to get the left foot in -- normal.

3/26 in my AG!
Bike
  • 49m 38s
  • 15 miles
  • 18.13 mile/hr
Comments:

A solid ride. Had to pass a lot of traffic from earlier waves, but no big problems except a few small jams.
Transition 2
  • 01m 2s
Comments:

Fast -- 2/26 for my AG!
Run
  • 22m 3s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 07m 05s  min/mile
Comments:

Really solid run -- felt good getting off the bike, and picked up speed throughout.
Post race
Warm down:

Kibbitz and eat.

Event comments:

Great small race.

Nice race, especially considering you just got a cold!

Funny, but except for a little bit near the start of the swim (a bit breathless for a while) I felt great during the race.
