What limited your ability to perform faster:

i've been training and racing a lot this month/last, so the races while i am hitting ok times for me are feeling very flat due to the lower rest level. after this coming weekend i hsould have some time off in order to let everythying sink in and do its work. overall a decent training race for me.

Good race.  If the distances are correct (ususally not though) you went a lot harder on the bike as I see from the bike time and final run time.  Both are excellent though.

Bumber about 4th in your group.

there were some sick fast guys there this weekend. but yeah, the whole race was UGLY. i have been racing a lot in the past few weeks, 4 races in just over a month. my legs are beat to snot, and the low run milage so far this year is catching up. hopefully TTT this weekend and then some rest will do wonders for my run
