Subject: swim question
For my swim training today I have EBEH (easy, build, easy, hard) 100's. Can anyone describe build for me please??

Gradullay increase speed/effort over whatever duration indicated, i.e., start easy and finish hard.

You can also change up your breathing from every two to every four on the build and hard.

EBEH 100s means:

  • 25 easy
  • 25 build (gradually increase pace from start of 25 to end of 25
  • 25 easy
  • 25 hard (strong from start to finish)
