dolphin dive the entire course (a good month of skipping before the race to make sure my calf muscles can take the extra work)

roll up socks for quick roll-on.
swim in a tri suit with top.
elastic laces for shoes.
mount the bike on the run

Coming off the bike my legs kept pedalling as I tried to run to my station. I almost fell.

dismount on the fly.

This was my first go round. I had little time to train after I learned about it. I am training much earlier next year and will be moving up to the full triathlon.
