What would you do differently?: dolphin dive the entire course (a good month of skipping before the race to make sure my calf muscles can take the extra work) Transition 1
Comments: This segment time was combined with the bike segment time What would you do differently?: roll up socks for quick roll-on. swim in a tri suit with top. elastic laces for shoes. mount the bike on the run Bike
What would you do differently?: Not ride a full suspesion mountain bike. train for the bike segment more seriously. Transition 2
Comments: This time was combine with the T1 and bike time. Coming off the bike my legs kept pedalling as I tried to run to my station. I almost fell. What would you do differently?: dismount on the fly. Run
Comments: This was hard largely due to being the last segment of my first tri. What would you do differently?: train better Post race
Warm down: post race fluid and massage What limited your ability to perform faster: training knowledge of transitions (preparation) Event comments: This was my first go round.
