Pre-race routine:

Up at 4 AM to eat and put gear together.
Event warmup:

After setting up transition area I walked around some. After putting on wetsuit I jogged to the lake area.

I was surprised I swam so slow. I should have hit thirty minutes. I think it was part navigational error. The buoy's were yellow, and at least one person ahead of me had a yellow swim cap on.

wear a rash guard, my neck is raw.

The T-1 wetsuit is very easy to get off. I'm glad i bought it. I went sockless to save time.

Hey Jeff... good race.  I also found the swim seemed slow.  Those buoys were hard to see.

I found it was a really fun race.. hope you had fun too.

Nice race!

My first thought in reading your RR was the time..for me like Sue sub 3 is my Oly goal..been close a couple of times.

You are in good shape for your IM
