Event comments:

This raced is billed as Wisconin's Toughest Time Trial and it is. It is well organized and well attended. I was surprised that over 100 people showed up. Lots of people on Aero bikes. I couldn't believe some people actually rode in the aero position going up these hills. I may ride my Cervelo in this event next year but I am not sure yet. I rode my Waterford with my compact cranks and I had no problems making it up the hills, I just wasn't going to be doing it very fast. I would very much like to improve on my time. If I can drop 7 minutes off of it I would be happy. Something to work for next year.

Course: Can you say hills? There are two climbs in this race. They are at the end and they are steep. Approaching a 20% grade. Other than the hills this race takes place in rural Wisconsin. It is gorgeous. Trees and farms. Thats it.
