What would you do differently?:

Try and follow the lead group even if they go out way to fast, because in the end they only had 2 minutes lead and I could have followed that pace in a drafting pack (4-5 swimmers).

Slowed down a little at about halfway mark. Was affraid of pushing to hard
What would you do differently?:

Should have kept the initial pace. I could have held it. It maybe would have affected the run negatively, but I would have reached the leader or been much closer. I then would have probably been able to beat him on the run
