Subject: Recovery during training plan I am planning on doing a sprint tri on 6/15. This falls into month 4, week 3 of the the 20 week Oly 2x balanced training plan. One thread suggested reducing and modifying the workout leading upto the race (reduce swim on Wednesday, reduce run on Thursday and short bike/run brick on Friday ).
My question (finally ), is what about the week after the sprint? How should I modify month 4, week 4? I'm planning on using the sprint as a work out, but you never know..... |
