Took about 2 miles for legs to loosen up. By the time I felt good, the race was almost over. Had a good kick in the end.

Do not go in the wrong direction--lost 20 seconds or so on that!

great job on your first tri! that's a fast run time.

an easy way to shave some time off your transitions is to wear a tri top during the swim and get some speed laces for your running shoes.
