In August we wonder what the heck we did during "all those great days leading up to the longest day of the year" - turns out we apparently do a lot of house chores and stay out of the rain, the hail, and the lightning storms. I remember getting off the plane in Reno last May to run a marathon, seeing snow, and going, WTF???? That was the biggest temp change during a race ever--it started in the mid-thirties and was mid-eighties by the end. Wow! |

It is snowing accross the northern part of the state and my husband could not see in front of him this morning on the mountain (a different mountain yet) so he did not work today..... |
