Comments: Getting to the first bouy was rough. After that I found a good pair of feet and let him do the rest of the work. What would you do differently?: Get up with lead guy Transition 1
Comments: My race belt unsnaped as I was running out and when I reached for it I droped my bike and lost most of the fluid out of my Aero-bottle and two guys passed me. What would you do differently?: Not drop my bike Bike
Comments: Once I recovered in T1 I hammered out mad as hell and caught the two guys who passed me in Transition. Got in a good groove and just went with it. What would you do differently?: try to catch the leaders with a little more passion Transition 2
Comments: uneventfull, went smooth. What would you do differently?: not much Run
Comments: I know I wasn't that fast compared to lots of other guys, but for me this was an amazing run. The big thing for me was NO ONE passed me. I always get passed on the run, and this time I held them all off! What would you do differently?: Not a Thing Post race
Warm down: Walked down to the lake for a quick swim and changed. What limited your ability to perform faster: Transition skills. Event comments: I say post race activities bad because it looked like a storm was comming so everyone left right away. This was my first AG win and I didn't even get a award.
