Swim
Comments: wow! The water felt really cold at first, but I soon got used to it. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: My legs were burning at the start of the bike, but that started to go away after a while. I drank some gatorade and ate a clif bar on the bike. My legs could just not pedal any faster today! What would you do differently?: maybe not bike 100kms the day before? Transition 2
Run
Comments: my legs cramped up from the knee down for the first lap, so I walked it off a couple times. took in some gatorade, as I didn't know what else I should do. Slowly the cramping was less and less, by the last lap i felt great! Post race
