Subject: anyone read Lyle McDonalds "Rapid Fat Loss" book?? I'm still on that eternal quest to find a book or a nutrional guide that will specifically tell me more than just "you need to eat good carbs" or throw around terms that I don't understand without giving a simple to read, here's the realistic plan, eat this on this day and here's why.
I'm currently on a training break, have been for about 6 weeks and want to start from scratch, diet first.
edit: I've been reading all morning about ketosis and other interesting thought patterns all over the internet, and I've seen this guys name in a couple BT threads, so I thought I'd ask if anyone has read the "rapid fat loss" book or any of his books for that matter and what your comments are??
