Comments: Was not expecting the back part to be so difficult. The last climb from about mile 8-10 took out all the remaining gas. Tried to pick it up at 10 for a strong finish and nothing left. What would you do differently?: Consider going out slower, but not sure. The first two miles are easy so probably good to get out strong. Need to conserve more on the hills perhaps. Post race
Warm down: Just some walking around, stretching, and re-fueling. What limited your ability to perform faster: Had slight sore throat the week prior, probably a touch of something. Other than that probably just not sticking to my program and putting in the effort needed to train. Last updated: 2008-04-08 12:00 AM

Up about 5:30 with Bueller. Made some oatmeal, one cup of joe, hopped in the car and headed out. Picked up the race packet, finished a small bottle of gatorade, then hung out a few.
Just some light stretching and walking around.
