Comments:

bike was ok started out pretty strong and faded towards the end I think the run started to catch up with me.....the last couple of miles my back started to cramp up
What would you do differently?:

stretch my back more
Transition 2

Comments:

slow in t2 because of back and was getting pretty tired
Run
  • 21m 52s
  • 2 miles
  • 10m 56s  min/mile
Comments:

very tired my actual first brick took a few minutes to get the blood flowing to the right muscles....had to take it very slow becuse of my back...think this would have been a lot better had the back not cramped....
Run was great beacuse Wendi (g8rsax) stayed with me and we crossed the finish line together...she thought we should skip accross but I was a party pooper....she would have finished several minutes faster but she waited for me several times....
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

my back needs to be stronger

Event comments:

great day... running with my wife accross the finish line was a fantastic feeling....she is the BEST....
