Comments: I ran pretty well today. I'm a bit fatigued The Boulder Sprint Tri on Sunday, but still I held it together pretty well. It was super cool to see Bridget, Michelle and Chris out there cheering me on! What would you do differently?: Fade less on mile 3 Post race
Warm down: A beer What limited your ability to perform faster: My 5th race in the past 18 days. I am sure on rested running sticks I could have gone faster... plus there was some wind and a 180 turn-around at a cone that stops your momentum; requiring a burst to get back up to speed. This happens twice so I'm sure I lost time there as well. Event comments: Well run 5K race. Free pizza, band, beer... I just wish they would have a Masters division... I was 1st Masters and no award... Last updated: 2008-06-03 12:00 AM

Rode my bike to 24 Hour Fitness and went for a swim... On the way home I stopped at Whole Foods and grazed. Dropped my bike off at home and drove to City Park (I was running late so I had to drive) and ran into to Fil.
Sipped some water and did one 50 meter stride out from the starting line then walked back.Thought to myself, "why am I doing this race?"
Looked around the starting line and was intimidated by the many svelte looking runners toeing up.
