Well, I survived, and survived pretty weel, my first tri. It was an indoor sprint.
I bettered my swim by 2 minutes. But lost it on the bike...3 minutes over my wanted time. Then, my run was slow becuase I did not know how to pace on a short track. Very difficult to know how fast to go and at what point when 12 laps makes a mile...when I was running, that was not in my head, so I get to four laps and start to kick it in..I finished in a flat sprint and was not even tired. SO, all in all I liked the competition of the multisport challenge. I am more upset at myself than anything for not beating an hour, (as I had hoped and should have done) but the first one is under my belt and I am set for more.

Great Job!!!! Don't sweat the times too much, there will be lots more races to trim back your time. Congrats, and keep up the good work.
