Cereal and yogurt about 3 hours before the race
Event warmup:

1/2 - 3/4 mile job for warmup 20minutes before race. Mile probably would have been better.

Kept my pace a bit slower to save for the end of the bike and end of the race. It seemed to work well. No water stops.

Try to push the pace to about 7:00/mile

Take transitions more seriously. I'm giving away a lot of time on the transitions.

Two gels, 1/3 bottle and full aero of water seemed to be just right for nutrition and hydration. Felt like I was pushing too hard to have legs for the 10K but it all worked out great!
