ate normal breakfast about 4:00am and arrived at race site a little before 6:00

I felt good on the bike and passed quite a few people. Just need more time in the saddle

stretch and drink water- no snack food-just the lunch which was good but snacks would have been nice

What limited your ability to perform faster:

need to keep working on my swimming-by next year I hope I can lower my swim time by 5-10 minutes

Big improvement in the swim over Badin. Good to see that you are making progress. Sounds like a really nice venue for a race. I may check it out next year.
