Swim
Comments: most violent swim I have ever done. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1
Comments: great T1, I thought it was slower but CdA does not have a super long transition area like others I have done. What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: I had a great day on the bike and I stuck with my plan. Transition 2
Comments: I felt like I was moving very slowly through T2 but I did better than I thought. Run
Comments: I had a pretty good run but got sick and dizzy for a couple miles which probably cost me 20 minutes but I did come back, which is what matters. Post race
Event comments: This is a huge new PR for me. It was a awesome race! Last updated: 2007-06-28 12:00 AM
