Comments:

There was a 10K that shared part of the course. When i passed the 2 mile mark, I mistakenly thought it was for my race, and was shocked how great I felt...I ran hard, thinking I had one mile left. But I was wrong. In the end, I had to slow a bit, but probably ran harder than I normally would have, which gave me a new PR

What would you do differently?:

Not eat just before the race...gave me cramps and diarrhea afterwards

Event comments:

easy, fast course. The volunteers at the water stations had no clue. No medals...boo hoo. They didn't even announce the age group winners. One day I will have that experience.
