Subject: Long Tri Shorts????
Any good suggestions where I can get long tri shorts? I have two pair of tri shorts and they are awkwardly short. I'm 6'3". I recently got a pair of bike shorts from Performance that are 11" inseam and they seem nice (maybe a bit too long for an actual race), but better than the tri-DUKES I have for races.
Any help is appreciated.

I was looking for the same thing a couple of months ago. Here's my short short list:

Sugoi Piston Tri Pkt Short - 9" inseam
Pearl Izumi Kawaihae Race Short - 9" inseam
Xterra XP Tri Short w/ Gel Pockets - 8.5" inseam
Zoot M Trifit 8" - 8" inseam

And I'm sure there are others. I'm currently using the Sugoi's and very happy with them. But I haven't had them that long and have nothing to compare them to.

Hope this helps.

I've been training with De Soto 400 Mile Shorts, they changed the pad to not hold as much water this year compared to previous years models. I plan on using them in my HIM. I've done swim/bike and bike/run bricks, long rides, etc with no issues and they don't feel like your wearing a diaper like other bike shorts I've tried.

They also have little pockets for gels or keys along both thighs and one along the back side, which close tight and won't open in the swim causing drag.

I tried this short as I knew regular tri shorts weren't going to be kind enough to my undercarriage during a longer event like a half iron.
