Subject: Friday night races at the Frisco Velodrome

I took my girls to watch the bike races at the Frisco Velodrome last night.  They're fast!  Here's a few pics.

Our first house was right by the Velodrome and we'd walk over and watch those guys - and gals.  It was (is) a great time.

Cool.. I have been wanting to go out there. I have a friend that races out there.. and he is STUPID fast.. for short distances.. You take him out on a long ride, and he complains the entire time.... wait.. I do that too.. lol.. never mind..

Their out there every Friday night in "season" at 7:30.  Free to watch.  Kids/youth/masters/and everything in between racing.

I'm not sure really.  We watched 5 races of different lengths.  4 laps for the youth class & (I think) 10 laps for the masters.  Since it was free to watch, we left when my kids got tired, but the races were still going on.
