Swim
Comments: great swim. didn't feel winded and i think i was the second woman out of the water...(no split times). i started up front this time and it was great. i was always worried about getting run over, but just need to trust that I can hang with the big girls in the swim. What would you do differently?: nada Transition 1
Comments: good transition. ate gu. took water. and was off. What would you do differently?: keep practicing transitions. Bike
Comments: bike was great on the "out"...nice wind to the back. i think i average 19mph. then we turned around for the "back" and the wind was much stronger than i anticipated. i stuck with it though and was even able to hang with some women that passed (for awhile) What would you do differently?: keep training. keep doing hills Transition 2
