Subject: Ironman Wisconsin Check in / gut check... Yes, I have a gut, but that is not what I mean.
There are 10 weeks to go (slightly less since it is Tuesday ). I am about half way through the 20 week training plan and I thought, "heck, I should start a thread for once".
How are the IM MOOOer's Feeling at this point? Does the 10 weeks to go phrase scare you? Do you feel beaten down (the last 2 days I feel pretty wrecked ). Or does anyone feel very very comfortable with where they stand thus far?
I know everyone has different Levels of experience, but frankly, I am pretty tired, right now... BUT next week is a recovery week and that keeps me happy.
I did the race in 2005, so I am hoping to finish As healthy as I did then... just a few hours earlier!
