Swim
Comments: This swim includes a 400 meter run to transition (my official time is 14:33) This sucks. I thought that I was swimming well but I guess I wasn't. It sucks being 5 minutes behind right after the swim; especially in these short triathlons. What would you do differently?: learn to swim Transition 1
Comments: A little slow, but not too bad. Bike
Comments: Great bike. It was hilly so the course was a bit slow, but I rode well and had the 2nd fastest bike split of the day. Transition 2
Comments: Good transition. I lost a few seconds cuz my shoe insole buckled Run
Comments: I was a little on the slow side today. Still I managed the 4th fastest run and I worked hard. Post race

Groggy, tired and fatigued. 3rd race in the past 7 days, 9th since June 1 and 22nd this year. I knew I was pushing it but I wanted to test myself. Anyway, Cinnamon and sugar pop tart, coffee and Red Bull for breakfast - My usual. Got to the race sight early and got a great transition spot next to Dan (velocomp).
Hung out, chatted, used the bathroom. No swim warm-up cuz it was a little chilly and I didn't want to get wet.
