Comments: 4/16 ~~39/53 Could have been better, I wasn't sure the etiquette in the water, and if I had been willing to be more aggressive could have been faster, stopped and started with all the people in the water. When I got clear water, it was like a training swim, I could have pushed harder and didn't What would you do differently?: PUSH PUSH PUSH Transition 1
Comments: Transition time, I think is lumped into my bike, I didn't hit my watch, so I can only guess on a 2 minute transition time. Should have left bike in lower gear to get up that hill out of transition. What would you do differently?: have a shirt with everything waiting in it to pull on over instead of stuffing my pockets. Bike
Comments: 10/63 ~~ 1/16 I was first in my age group!!!! ME! What would you do differently?: Nothing, rock it even harder...man the bike was fun! Transition 2
Comments: Transition time lumped into run time...Couldn't get my sneakers on! What would you do differently?: Not sure, get speed laces??? Run
Comments: sheesh, time and ranking says it all...I should have pushed instead of nursing the run along. Only one drink station and it looked like they were running out of water. What would you do differently?: push! Post race
Warm down: Not much, hung out with family What limited your ability to perform faster: Not pushing hard enough Event comments: I liked this race, fun low key - they were running out of water at the end of the race though...and at the water station. Yea, I'm a slow runner but I still need water. I'll do this one again... Last updated: 2008-05-31 12:00 AM

Got lost on the way to the race, so we arrived with 20 minutes to check in and set up transition. I a wierd way, I think that helped. We left the house 2 hours prior, so most of my pre race routine was spent trying to figure out where the heck we were
None...simply ran out of time
